I am stuck on an old version

Tap the version number at the bottom of More to see which build you are on, and compare it with the release notes. If it is behind, pull down to refresh. On an installed iPhone app, close it fully from the app switcher and reopen it.

Notifications are not arriving

On iPhone, Web Push only works when the app has been added to the Home Screen — it will not work from a Safari tab. Add it, open it from the Home Screen icon, then turn notifications on in More. Use “Send a test notification” to confirm.

A score was entered wrong

An admin can delete the game, then run “Recalculate ratings” in More. Ratings are rebuilt from the full history, so everything downstream of the bad game is corrected too. Editing a single score in place could never do that.

Teams look unbalanced

Tap Regenerate — the balancer is deterministic, so the same group produces the same split until you ask for a new one. If a player is new, their rating is still at the 1500 default and the balancer has no evidence about them yet.
